In a perfect world, you’d be able to pay a flat rate each month to legally download all of the music you want. Apple may be trying to make that perfect world a reality.
Rumors are swirling about that suggest that the company is trying to provide unlimited music downloads through iTunes for a monthly subscription fee (and perhaps an additional $100 added on to the cost of the iPod/iPhone). Is there any truth to the rumors? If the rumors are true, what would it mean for iTunes and the music industry?
