Are there really such things as nymphomaniac girls, and where can I find one???

There are girls who have higher sex drives than others but your guess would be as good as mine in terms of determining where they all congregate. It's my personal opinion that fewer women are as sex-crazed and fine with having casual sex as you might think. Women are genetically predisposed to mate and search for the man who will be the best provider, while men are set up to spread their seed as much as possible.

I believe that plenty of women act like they're absolutely fine with having a "friends with benefits" arrangement or are just plain sex crazy because they're secretly convinced they're going to somehow be able to make the guy fall in love with them along the way or because they believe that's what they have to do.

That's not to say, however, that you can't find girls out there who really do enjoy having lots of sex. I think you're probably more likely to land on the ladies with higher sex drives if you skew older, as women don't tend to reach their sexual peak until their thirties; then again, every woman is different. Happy hunting.

I can’t stop thinking about sex or meeting strangers online to hook up with. Lately, it’s seeming to interfere with my life, and I was wondering if I should go as far as going to Sexaholics Anonymous. If I’m having fun and not hurting anyone, should I really go that far?

I can't tell from your question whether you're actually hooking up with a slew of strangers or if it's something you're simply fantasizing about, but either way, a preoccupation with sex -- just like a preoccupation with almost anything -- suggests that something's not altogether right. People obsess over external stimulations when they want to -- or feel they need to -- escape how they feel, and sex is definitely one common way to keep disturbing feelings at bay.

The way addiction is deemed dangerous is when it makes your life unmanageable and if your behavior is interfering with your day-to-day life, that definitely qualifies as unmanageable. I'd first try limiting your sexual behavior and see how you fare.

If you find yourself acting out in other ways -- say, drinking more or getting angrier -- then it's probably worth checking out a 12-step program. Curbing this behavior may seem terrifying or just impossible, but you may well be able to live a life far larger than what you've even imagined if you do.
