The Loop: The Making of "Beowulf"

We're willing to bet that most of you read the epic poem, Beowulf in high school or at least got around to reading the Cliff Notes. You already know the tale of the mighty warrior who saved a kingdom by slaying the monster, Grendel and his hag of a mother, so there’s no need for a detailed retelling here.

However, it is being retold on the big screen due in no small part to the work of writers, Roger Avary and Neil Gaiman. Next Friday Beowulf makes the jump from the printed page to the silver screen and we’re going to talk to the two men responsible for making the warrior's tale palatable for 21st century moviegoers.
