Batman: Arkham City, the sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum, took the series and expanded it out in to an open world that gamers absolutely loved. The Caped Crusader was more ferocious this time around, with new weapons and abilities at his disposal, in order to take care of dangerous villains and local thugs. The game also brought famous comic book characters, like Catwoman, back in to the now beloved franchise.
With Arkham City's incredibly detailed world and fluid gameplay, the title completely shattered any doubts
that anyone had about it. Every fan of the game, geeks and gamers alike, agreed that Arkham City definitely did the Batman character justice.
