Of course the most memorable sports game from the NES generation made the list, we're talking about Double Dribble. Thanks to the addition of cutscenes, the NES version of Double Dribble caught gamers' eyes. Double Dribble was originally released in the arcades in 1986.

Double Dribble lacked the support of the NBA. Some might consider this a major flaw, while others, like us, would say non-official teams like the Boston Frogs, are much more fun to play as!
