Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch's gameplay demo spirits away Morgan Webb and Namco Bandai's Dennis Lee with its beauty at the E3 2012 floor.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch follows the heart-warming story of a boy named Oliver who finds his way into a magical parallel world bound on an epic quest to save it. The classic animated style mirrors the beautiful narrative and gorgeous artwork that all Studio Ghibli films share in this, their first foray into the world of interactive entertainment. Real-time battles, along with the ability to pause and strategize during battles suggests an intuitive level of gameplay that should appeal to a range of different gamer types. The game includes both an English voice track and an original Japanese voice track for those Japanese role-playing purists out there.

Look forward to start your own personal Studio Ghibli movie in early 2013.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Hands-On Preview From E3 2012 -- Roll Out Sonic

In our Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed hands-on preview from E3 2012, we got to check out what's coming to the sequel of 2010's kart racer Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. In the new game, your karts can transform in to air and sea-based vehicles on the fly, which worked seamlessly during our demo.

From our Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed preview:

Throughout each map, there are different types of surfaces. In Dragon Canyon there was land, water, and air. On the land surfaces we used our kart, but in the lava and air areas our kart transformed into a boat and then an airplane. The game's controls completely change up based on the vehicle you're in, which is jarring at first but feels natural after a lap or two. The hardest to control was probably the plane, but once you get the hang of it it's not that bad, and it's fun to go from one vehicle to the next automatically. You can even do tricks in every vehicle, which gives you a boost.

Put on your seat belt and read our full Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed preview from E3 2012.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 Features Co-op Campaign

Nintendo has confirmed that New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the Nintendo 3DS will feature a fully co-op campaign. The announcement came during Nintendo's 15th E3 2012 press conference, which was centered specifically on its upcoming 3DS lineup.

The full single-player game can be played with a buddy, but you have to stick together. If one player gets too far ahead, the lagging player will appear in a bubble floating around the faster player until that bubble is popped. If you are an especially cruel co-op partner, you'll most likely get a kick out of making your friend watch as you go on your coin collecting spree.

Speaking of coins, New Super Mario Bros. 2 is all about the gold, as you may have guessed from the gameplay trailer. Coins spew from blocks, sand, enemies, and even random portions of the environment. There are also red rings that turn enemies into gold if you jump through them. You can also snag a golden fireflower, which lets you turn anything you hit into coins.

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate

Our Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate preview celebrates the return of the Belmont brothers in the Lords of Shadow storyline reboot. It also points out that Konami is setting up this Nitnendo 3DS game to be more than a simple hold-over before announcing a Lords of Shadow 2 console game.  With 2D gameplay in 3D environments, it appears as if Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate will continue the trend of quality handheld Castlevania games.

"Every vampire killer clan needs to start somewhere. We start this tale with the sudden death of a mother and a mysterious castle where the father hides from the prying eyes of his two sons. Yes, Mirror of Fate gives us two of the most renowned of the Belmont boys, Trevor and Simon, as they charge headlong into their father’s castle, looking for revenge, but only finding danger around every corner."

Equip a combat cross and read through our Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate preview.

We've got your official Pokemon Conquest trailer from E3 2012 right here.

Pokemon Conquest is an entirely new take on the Pokemon franchise. Instead of wandering the wilderness trying to catch all of them (wait, that doesn't sound right), players will become a warlord and use their Pokemon to conquer surrounding kingdoms.

The battle system is set up more like Final Fantasy than Pokemon. As you travel through the Ransei Region with your Eevee, you will meet and befriend many different warlords and gain access to their Pokemon and their powers, as you attempt to conquer the region and unite the kingdoms.

Pokemon Conquest comes out June 18.

This official Amazing Spider-Man trailer may have us more hyped for the video game than the movie. That's because the new video has Spider-Man giving you a chaotic tour of New York City, which appears in this game as an open-world. That's right, Beenox, the tour operator/developer, is finally bringing the superhero back to a sandbox environment.

Among the enemies you'll see in this Amazing Spider-Man trailer are The Rhino, Scorpion and Lizard.  You'll also see Spider-Man performing plenty of acrobatic moves above NYC's most famous landmarks.  Swing by this official trailer to see him in action before the Amazing Spider-Man video game release date on June 26, 2012.
