Nintendo E3 2011 Press Conference Live Stream Starts At 9 AM PST

Nintendo's E3 2011 Press Conference will be live streamed on G4TV.com starting at 12 PM EST/9 AM PST. We'll surely see some Zelda, Star Fox, Kid Icarus, and of course, Nintendo's new console, Codename: Cafe. What will it be called?! But what else will we see? Perhaps more 3DS titles? I'm hoping to see some Ni No Kuni from Studio Ghibli. What about you? Is Nintendo going to blow away the core gamers or stick to family friendly fun? Tell me what you think, and be sure to tune in to the live stream.

Rayman Origins Gameplay Demo from E3 2011

Rayman returns with Rayman Origins thanks to a Ubisoft gameplay demo showing off the side-scrolling platformer in two player mode. Rayman will be available for the XBox 360, PS3, Nintento Wii, and 3DS.

Featuring hand drawn graphics, Michel Ancel guides Rayman, along with his pal Globox, through the chaotically happy Glade of Dreams with childlike enthusiasm. Discover the early days of this classic character.

Nintendo at E3 2011: We Predict The Future For Project Cafe, Mario, and Zelda!

Nintendo has already let part of their E3 2011 cat out of the bag by telling us that they'd be introducing a new console for sure at the show, setting the wheels of wild speculation and rumor into full speed. Will it feature touch screens? Will it be more powerful than the Xbox 360 and the PS3? Will it have a Mario or Zelda title at launch? WILL IT BE THE SECOND COMING? No one knows. Also, we're hoping they make up for the anemic 3DS launch by announcing some new titles for the handheld that blow our socks off.

E3 means that rumors, predictions, and speculations run rampant for nearly half of a year as gamers imagine what might be coming, while developers tease and hint at things to come. Here are our predictions for Nintendo at E3 2011.

The Sims 3: Pets trailer at E3 2011 from EA brings a furry dimension to the ever expanding Sims Universe.

As a standalone game for the XBox 360, PS3, 3DS or an expansion pack for PC and Mac users, players can create, control, and share a wide variety of cats and dogs. Players can also tap into their inner Dr. Moreau and breed their own creations into existence.

Battlefield 3 Multiplayer, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Mass Effect 3: EA E3 2011 Titles

Electronic Arts (EA) has revealed their lineup for E3 2011 will include the highly anticipated Battlefield 3 multiplayer and single player, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, Madden NFL 12, Mass Effect 3, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and many more titles.

Other than announcing they will be showing Battlefield 3 multiplayer and single player, we're not too sure what to expect from the other demos. The BF3 multiplayer demo will feature the Operation Metro map, which will allow players to, "experience a physical battlefield and be able to temporarily disable vehicles, go prone, mount weapons, lay down suppressive fire and more. Under the hood, the brand-new engine ensures cutting-edge visuals and immersion. All things combined, big and small, add up to the best Battlefield game we have ever created!" said Karl Troedsson, General Manager for DICE.

Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D Details Revealed By Konami -- Photocamo, Gyroscope, And...Yoshi?

Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D details were revealed during Konami's pre-E3 press conference. MGS: Snake Eater is a tribute to the origins of the Metal Gear series. Yoshikazu Matsuhana, Creative Producer for the Metal Gear Solid series, detailed what to expect from the upcoming 3DS title.

The obvious addition will be 3D. Using the stereoscopic 3D, the jungle scenery will be able to have depth. One of the core gameplay mechanics in MGS: Snake Eater 3D is camouflage. Gamers will be able to take advantage of the 3DS camera to take picture of things around the player to use as camo in the game. This feature, which they call photocamo, is one I can not wait to exploit. Think of the inappropriate possibilities. The 3DS' gyroscope will play a part in the way you play as well. Konami aims to have players feel "one with Snake" by allowing the actual movement of the 3DS to affect gameplay.

Nintendo 3DS Internet Browser And eShop Have A Launch Date

The Nintendo 3DS internet browser and online store (eShop) will launch on the evening of June 6. The free update can be downloaded from a wireless connection directly to the 3DS. eShop will act as the Nintendo 3DS' virtual marketplace. It will have content like the PokeDex 3D app that has the Pokemon from Black and White. More content will be added regularly. Notable upcoming titles include games like Super Mario Land, Alleyway, and Radar Mission.

Launching these features is a big deal to Nintendo and to celebrate they will be offering gamers a free game download. Classic NES game Excitebike has been re-mastered in 3D and will be free until July 7.

E3 means rumors! Predictions! Speculations! With that in mind, this is it. The home stretch. Final countdown. Last frame. End boss. E3 2011 is right around the corner at this point, so close that we can almost reach out and touch it. Are you ready? G4 is going to be blasting the entire show onto your eyeballs and into your earholes, so we hope you're prepared. Starting on Monday and lasting through the entire week, keep it tuned to G4.

But because E3 brings all those game reveals, trailers, previews, and more, that also sparks an entire wildfire of rumors and predictions. So on this episode of Feedback, Adam, Morgan, Eric, and myself talk about the stuff we don't know and gaze into the crystal ball of possibility. Of course, we do know some new things about games like StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, Call of Duty Elite, and more. So we talk about that stuff, and the ethereal! Nintendo Declares June 25 StreetPass Day

Nintendo has declared June 25 StreetPass Day across the world! Sound the trumpets and prepare your StreetPass Pie! Nintendo is encouraging 3DS users everywhere to hold StreetPass meetups on that Saturday, where you'll all be able to game together and make new friends, as well as show off some of the on-the-street social content available on the new handheld.

To aid in the hook-up, Nintendo of America has created a Meetup Everywhere community. Meetup Everywhere is a simple-to-use online platform that enables an organization’s fans or followers to coordinate local, real-life meetups based on shared interests, so plan a barbecue and make some new pals.

Nintendo 3DS users who are interested in sharing content with others via StreetPass are invited to visit the meetup site to find events in their area or to plan their own StreetPass meetups.
