XCOM: Enemy Unknown official trailer from E3 shows the reinvention of the classic. XCOM: Enemy Unknown players will be able to experience the evolving alien invasion of XCOM as both a real-time strategy and first-person shooter. Check out the trailer below for a gameplay preview of the coming PC, Xbox360, and PS3 game.

Treyarch Studio Head Mark Lamia meets with Kevin Pereira and Morgan Webb for this Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 gameplay demo for E3 2012. Black Ops 2, a first-person shooter, promises to deliver an action-packed war plot. The game begins on a car-crowded Los Angeles highway in the year 2025 as players race to take down unmanned drones with an anti-aircraft unit hanging precariously off the highway.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will be released for the PC, Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii on November 13, 2012.

Dead Space 3 has been officially announced. Electronic Arts made the terribly kept secret a reality during its E3 2012 press conference.

Visceral Games' latest installment will feature drop-in/drop-out co-op and is set, at least in part, on a frozen tundra of a planet known as Tau Volantis infested by those pesky Necromorphs.

Expect plenty of epic thrills and chilly chills when Dead Space 3 touches down in February 2013.

Check out the Splinter Cell: Blacklist gameplay video from E3 2012 with commentary from Maxime Béland, director at Ubisoft Toronto.

Blacklist, or at least the part of it we get to see, takes place near the Iran/Iraq border, and features the one and only Sam Fisher as he attempts to take down a terrorist cell threatening the United States. You'll get a good look at some of the many gadgets and combat techniques that you'll get to use in the latest installment of the Splinter Cell franchise.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist is due out Spring 2013, and will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

At the Microsoft E3 2012 press conference EA announces the biggest investment to gameplay in Madden NFL 13. For the first time in Madden's twenty-four year history the kinect will be integrated into the game allowing you to call audibles, change protections, and check down to hot routes all at the line of scrimage like a real NFL signal caller. NFL Hall of fame quarterback Joe Montana came out on stage during the Microsoft E3 2012 press conference to demonstrate this new feature.

Resident Evil 6 fans behold sprinting, high-definition zombies in this horrifying gameplay preview from Microsoft's E3 press conference! The next installment to the hit Resident Evil franchise puts fans in exciting close combat with mindless zombies who react rather violently to sound. Resident Evil 6 players can lop off zombie heads with swift kicks, blend zombie brains with a knife stab to the face, and even take out a zombie mob with fast-detonating grenades.

Microsoft's E3 2012 press conference continues with the newest trailer for Forza Horizons. The latest entry in Turn 10's popular Forza Motorsports series, Forza Horizons offers up gorgeous new open-world racing.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's release date has been announced. Valve's stated that the updated version of one of the most successful shooters of all time will be out August 21, 2012 on the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 for approximately $15.

CS: GO has been in beta since November 30 and since then, Valve have reached out to many professional gamers in order to make the competitive FPS the best it can be. We'll have to see if all their hard work paid off in August. Until then, you can opt in for the CS: GO beta over at the Counter-Strike: GO website by taking a survey.

The official Gears of War: Judgment trailer from E3 2012 is here!

The latest installment in the Gears of War franchise will feature a brand new action-packed storyline. Judging from the trailer, Gears of War: Judgement will have a lot handcuffs, screaming, explosions, and insane amounts of crazy ass-kicking.

South Park: The Stick of Truth has a release date, March 5, 2013. We knew Obsidian was working on the RPG but after layoffs hit the studio, the future of the game was uncertain. Thanks to a trailer, and an appearance by Matt Parker and Trey Stone at Microsoft's E3 2012 press confrere, we know South Park: The Stick of Truth is well on its way.

Microsoft announced it will publish Matter, a new Xbox Live Arcade game from director Gore Verbinski.

Matter was just teased during the Microsoft E3 2012 press conference via a slick trailer involving a shiny orb flying around an equally shiny game world and seemingly influencing materials such as water with its very presence.

Twisted Pixel’s new game, LocoCycle, will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade in 2013.

Judging from the teaser trailer shown during the Microsoft E3 2012 press conference, LocoCycle will be motorcycle-based and as quirky as you'd expect from the folks behind Ms. Splosion Man and Comic Jumper.

The official Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance trailer from E3 2012 shows us what Japanese gamers have been enjoying on the Nintendo 3DS since March. Sora and Riku return in this trailer for the action RPG, and they join forces with Disney favorites like Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy, aka The Three Musketeers.

The Kingdom Hearts 3D release date is July 31, meaning it'll have taken four months to translate all of the dialogue from Japanese to Enlgish.  After that, Square-Enix should be free to make a console sequel with a similar game title minus the "D," as in just Kingdom Hearts 3.
