Feedback's Question Of The Week

Next week we're going to talk about open world games. Prototype 2 just came out, and we dug the open world gameplay. Sometimes open world games take place in an environment that is so powerful, it becomes a character itself. Basically, we love open world games, but not all open world games are created equal. Do you have any questions about open world games? How about sandbox games? Is there a difference? Oh look who's asking questions now!

UPDATE: The Elder Scrolls Online and Saints Row: The Third  -- Enter the Dominatrix have just been announced. They will both be open world games! Feel free to ask questions about those titles too!

This week Feedback took on the freshly announced game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The 9th Call of Duty title aims to change the way we look at the Call of Duty series. Blair Herter, Jake Gaskill, Stephen Johnson and Eric Eckstein weigh in on how the future of shooters are shaping up. What feature do you think is going to change shooters?

Feedback's Question Of The Week

Next week on Feedback we're going to be talking about the future of shooters. No more dwelling in the past, let's look forward to how the genre is changing. Games like Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Crysis 3 are just two examples of upcoming shooters that are trying to break the mold. Plus, the next Call of Duty game could be revealed soon too. This is your chance to ask us questions about the future of shooters! Ask away!

Video games are often blamed for violent behavior. We've seen it since the release of the first Mortal Kombat, and we're still seeing it today. Feedback wants to know why. This week Blair Herter, Donell Tucker, Stephen Johnson, and Nikole Zivalich discuss why violent games are still being used as a scapegoat for violent crimes.

Feedback's Question Of The Week

The affect violent games have on players has caused controversy since Pong. Games are more violent than ever, but are we? Next week on Feedback we're going to be talking about violence and games. As always, we're nothing without you. Do you have any questions about violent games, games in the media, or the emotional effects of games? Ask away!

Sometimes the gaming industry would have you believe used games are ushering in the end of the world. Many publishers and developers regularly speak out against used game sales, but used game retailers continue to sell them, and consumers continue to buy them. This week on Feedback we decided to look at the issue from different angles. As a consumer, how do you feel about used games? Blair Herter, Stephen Johnson, Jake Gaskill and Nikole Zivalich weigh in with their opinions on used games. Check it.

Feedback's Question Of The Week

Next week on Feedback we're going to be talking  about used games. It's a hot topic because in one camp you have publishers who claim used game sales are hurting their profits. In camp 2 you have gamers who feel like games are too expensive and not all games are worthy of $60 plus tax. We can understand both sides of the fence. As always though, we want your questions on the matter. So, please, ask away!

A long, long, time ago, in a radio room far away, the Feedback panel decided to talk about Star Wars. Blair Herter, Matt Keil, Stephen Johnson, and Nikole Zivalich all have varying opinions on the Star Wars movies, the best Star Wars games, and what the brand means to each generation.

Not all Star Wars games were created equal. KOTOR, SWTOR, and SW: TIE Fighter are amongst the greatest games ever made, but how do the other 9,000 rate?
