Links of TheFeed: Amazing BioShock Infinite Cosplay

Every now and then there is one piece of cosplay that simply defies description. Such is the case with this amazing BioShock Infinite cosplay, which stars cosplayer Anna as the fragile yet powerful Elizabeth. Honestly, I will be genuinely suprised if 2K Games doesn't immediately contact this woman and produce some type of promotional art. Hell, just put her on the cover of the game and call it a day. Check out the pictures for yourself in this week's Links of TheFeed.

Geoff Johns is a self-admitted Green Lantern freak, and he stopped by G4 to talk about the "Fight for the Light" content coming to DC Universe Online as well as to give us an exclusive Green Lantern #1 comic preview consisting of five pages from the reboot. Johns is one of the powerhouse writers at DC Comics, and is penning Green Lantern during DC's upcoming massive "New 52" that relaunches all of their 52 titles starting with issue #1, which will contain new and different versions of DC's iconic superheroes.

Green Lantern #1 First Look and DC Universe Online DLC »

Besides teasing the upcoming Green Lantern DLC for DCUO, Johns talks about the fact that Sinestro appears as the new Green Lantern in this first issue of the reboot, and what that might mean. You can check our exclusive look at the first five pages of Green Lantern #1 from DC's "New 52" written by Johns and featuring artwork from artists Doug Mahnke and Christian Alamy, right after the break. Don’t ask us how (seriously, it’s dark, dark stuff) but the G4 crew somehow survived the tsunami of geekdom that is Comic-Con, and even though the show is (thankfully) growing smaller and smaller in our collective rearview mirrors, its insanity will live forever in our memories. Although, for immediacies sake, Adam Sessler and the rest of this week’s Feedback crew, aka Blair Herter, Kevin Kelly, and Nikole Zivalich, decided to get together to relive and recap their Comic-Con 2011 experiences for your viewing and listening pleasure...sadly, not in costumes.

The Walking Dead Screenshot Shambles Forth From Telltale Games

The Walking Dead has a screenshot thanks to a post-Comic-Con 2011 release from Telltale Games. In case you've been living under a rock - or zombie-proof bunker - The Walking Dead is a graphic novel by writer Robert Kirkman that's won several prestigious awards, including the Eisner for Best Continuing Series at San Diego Comic-Con 2010.

It has since been adapted to a successful AMC series about to start its second season, and now Telltale Games, makers of story-driven adventure titles like Back to the Future and Jurassic Park, are trying their hand at a video game version. While nothing is known about gameplay, the screenshot above certainly captures the graphic novel's look, a definite plus for anyone who feels the AMC series has strayed too far from the comic roots. Notice how the shading on the man's shirt is actually a series of lines, and the harsh contrast that gives the whole thing a sort of oil painting vibe.

Yeah, I took some art classes in my day. What of it? And what are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments!

With Comic-Con 2011 quickly approaching, Adam had comics on the brain so he decided to spend this week's Soapbox talking about comic book video games.

Sure we all remember the travesty that was Superman 64, but now we have great examples of wonderful pulp to polygon adaptations like Batman: Arkham Asylum and the sequel Batman: Arkham City. Do you think comics are an untapped resource for great video game material? Or is the transition between mediums just too difficult to get right more than a couple of times?

Links of TheFeed: Assassinating Zelda

What would happen if Link visited 16th century Italy? This week's Links of TheFeed answers that question with this rather awesome Zelda/Assassin's Creed fan sketch. Though the picture does look tempting, I have to admit that I'm not so keen about assassinating guards with the Master Sword.  Then again, hidden blades would come in handy when trying to dispatch a certain annoying fairy.
