Weekly Wrap-Up

Every week, I like to reflect on the things I've learned from video games, and this week was no exception, although I'm way too tripped out on Turkey and stuffing to even remember what it was... and let's not get started on the eggnog.

I regard each week as an opportunity for growing and learning, and by "growing" and "learning," I actually mean "glowering" and "leering." But hey, that's just me. A lot went on this week, and I've learned some important lessons about life and the video gaming industry. Here are the top four things I learned this week.

Even with all that going on, we still had time to lovingly craft the following original videos for you:

Bioshock Infinite Trailer: Pretentious Analysis-Time!

I like to regard all of life as an opportunity for learning, and by "learning," I mean "being personally offended by broad social trends." This week, like every week, brought with it important life-lessons, the most vital of which include:

  • Collectibles in video games can be awesome... especially if they're Playboy magazines like in Mafia 2.

I like to regard all of life as an opportunity for learning, and by "learning," I mean "sleeping it off," but nonetheless, this week brought with it important life-lessons, the most vital of which is that San Diego Comic-Con can be very exhausting -- I, and the rest of my office-mates, are still recovering from partyin', boozin' and nerdin' for four days straight a week ago. Here are the other valuable lessons I learned this week:
