Call of Duty Elite is back in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and a newly released trailer takes a look at how it all fits together. A lot of the core features from Modern Warfare 3's v1.0 have been expanded for Elite's second year, including the addition of a section for Zombies stats and the ability to easily copy someone else's Pick 10 class build into your own profile.
Other features are returning as well. Clans and clan-based challenges/contests are back, with players permitted to continue sticking with their group from Modern Warfare 3. Elite TV returns as well in some form, though there's no mention of what sort of programming might be planned.
The trailer focuses entirely on Call of Duty Elite's free features, with no mention at all of a subscription package or DLC plans. There are rumors coming out of the U.K. of a £34.99 season pass amounting to four DLC drops that will be priced at £14.99 individually (via MP1st), but nothing's been confirmed by Acitivision on that front just yet.
