It's Thursday, the best day of the week! Not because it's almost Friday, not because it's Thirsty Thursday at my local bar, but because it's the day we get to see the newest episode of The MMO Report. This week Casey will drop some knowledge about the Firefly MMO that's not as dead as we thought, DC Universe Online's one year anniversary and their 8th content update, and we'll learn how Casey's lineage is being passed on to the next generation in Uncle Casey's Mail Bag! Guy, this is a very special Tuesday. Not because of CES, not because of the New Hampshire primary, but because Adam Sessler has returned from his vacation. He may look a little different, but in a matter of moments you'll realize he's still the same Sess deep down. On this week's Soapbox Adam discusses Star Wars: The Old Republic and why he thinks it will be a huge success for Bioware, EA, and the MMO genre as a whole. During this end of the year holiday season, we feature a lot of special episodes of our franchises. Many include a rundown of what's happened in the gaming industry over the past year, but we at The MMO Report like to do things a little differently. As we look back at 2011 it's important to remember our mistakes along with our successes, and in this spirit we present to you our Best Bloopers of 2011. This is my favorite episode to edit, and it always leaves me laughing hysterically at my desk. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Happy New Year!

Morality in gaming is nothing new. We've all played RPG and action games that have different story lines and endings based on how good or evil you play, but some games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim give you moral choices that don't affect the outcome. Such is the topic of this week's Soapbox. Adam ponders if these murky moral choices give a window into the mentality of the player and if the open sandbox allows for gamers to experiment with their dark side.

We had our company holiday party this week, so some of us have been a little... tired recently. The great Casey Schreiner isn't immune to such problems, so it took a little coaxing to get him behind the desk for this week's The MMO Report. Today he'll discuss the fact that Final Fantasy XIV appears to be fixed, how successful the Star Wars: The Old Republic beta was, and read your stories about your first time in Uncle Casey's Mail Bag.
