Video Game Deathmatch: The Greatest Story Ever Told Edition

Round three of Video Game Deathmatch: Greatest Story Ever Told Edition has begun, and you better get your vote in now because it ends tomorrow at 6 PM, PST.

Round two knocked out some heavy-hitting games: Bye bye, Diablo 2, Shadow of the Colossus and Portal 2. You can't have a feverish, pitched-battles of epic proportions without some casualties, I guess. Now we're down to only eight stellar games with amazing stories.

In round three, all of the battles are exciting, and we're down to the final four: God of War vs. BioShock, Halo 2 vs. Mass Effect, Knights of the Old Republic vs. Chrono Trigger, and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time vs. Planescape: Torment.

The games you love can only win with your help, so make sure to cast your vote and tell your friends to do the same. Remember, the round ends soon, so you don't have too much time to spare!

You know what we like most about Weston Scott? The fact that the tactical correspondent for Attack of the Show displays an endless curiosity about weapons and military tech, and a careless disregard for his personal safety, both of which he shows off in his new special Field Test, airing Wednesday, April 11th, at 8PM ET.

Weston will put some of the latest long-range rifles and his own skill to the test, as he attempts the almost-mythical 1-Mile shot.

Tune in tomorrow night @ 8PM ET to see the newest and baddest in military tech, all in a new half-hour special called Field Test.

G4 is not above congratulating itself on a job well done, so I'm going to take a minute to tell you about our most recent accomplishment. We have been nominated for two seperate Webby Awards!

The first is for Best Games-Related Website, and has been earned by our Comic-Con 2011 page. The second is for Best Video: Drama, for G4 Films' "The Birds of Anger." I've embedded that under the "Read More" tag; because I think you should check it out.

Academy judges like Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, Musician David Bowie and Instagram founder Kevin Systrom will select the Webby winners. Starting today millions of people will also help decide who takes home a coveted Webby by voting in The Webby People's Voice Awards. I'm not saying you should vote for us... but you should vote for us. The awards ceremony will be held on May 1.
