Not because you are fake (though you can be), but because Ford is now offering a glass roof option that will be available on 2009 V6 and GT models

The $1,995 option features special tinted glass that reduces infrared rays and heat, as well as a manual roller blind can block incoming sunlight.

Mustang’s sales have been down this year by about 19% this year, so they are hoping this hip, new feature will kick start some new interest and sales. Pretty transparent of them, huh?

After years of focusing on sport utility vehicles and trucks, it looks like Detroit is back in the car business, y’all!

Yes, Motor Trend Magazine has named the new Cadillac CTS its 2008 car of the year, declaring it is proof that Detroit can build a world-class sedan.

The Nuge would be proud.

General Motors’ CTS won from a field of 18 vehicles such as the Honda Accord and new Dodge and Chrysler minivans in what the mag says was one of the toughest fields in the award’s history.

Volkswagen's sweet looking Space Up! interface could have possibly been developed by Apple.

The interface is reminiscent of an Apple device and it features a Cover Flow-like feature. Engadget notes that it also sports a Jack Johnson album cover, which Apple has used a lot in its promotion before.

VW has said that all of their 2009 models will have touch screens.

Hopefully, Apple is behind this because they make great interfaces.

Honda recently introduced the production version of the FCX fuel-cell hybrid at the LA Auto Show this week, conveniently called the FCX Clarity. The zero-emissions ride features a hydrogen-fuel-station-finding GPS system, which gets you the "gasoline-equivalent" mileage of 68mpg combined city/highway.

For the time being, Honda is leasing only 100 or so of the cars to buyers who live near one of its three hydrogen fuel stations in Southern California. So it looks like if you wanna save the world, you gotta move to Cali, baby! Hahahahaha!

We love a good Burnout game--the combination of mayhem and sweet cars goes down like peanut butter and jam.

The latest entry in the series, Burnout Paradise, comes out on January 22, and will feature a massive city that's totally open from the first time you hit "start," a menuless play-system and, as always, lots of car crashes.

We were kinda "meh" on the last couple Need For Speed games... they were decent, but there are a lot of decent games out these days.  You're going to have to be extra super good to get our attention this month.

Google has expanded from search engines to mail program to gas pumps.

Wait, gas pumps? Really? Yes, Really.

According to engadget.com, Google and Gilbarco Veeder-Root are teaming up to include Google's mapping service on 3,500 Internet enabled gasoline pumps across the US.

"The maps will be available on the pump's small screen giving motorists the ability to scroll through local landmarks, hotels, restaurants, and hospitals to the bemusement of the guy waiting behind you." The pump will even print directions so you don't get lost, plus, it's ad-free, supported by coupons...which are like ads that save you money.

Burnout Paradise has a release date! The next-gen game will be hitting shelves on Janurary 22, 2008!

The game will release simultaneously on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Remember, this game was also developed primarily for the PS3. It will be very interesting to see how the versions stack up.

A demo is expected in December on both PSN and XBL.

Harmonix announced today announced the features players of upcoming music game Rock Band will enjoy on the internet. Also: A new release date. The game will come out three days earlier than previously stated: November 20th.

The social section of Rockband.com is slated for launch on November 20th, and, among other features, will allow fake videogame bands to make their own webpages. Also: Leaderboards. Classifieds (for finding band members), blogs, forums and a photo-creator.

“ROCKBAND.com blurs the lines between fantasy and reality, ” said Melissa Macaulay, Producer of ROCKBAND.com, Harmonix. “The site allows you to hype your in-game band’s accomplishments, while providing a forum to meet other real-life people and potential band mates who share your musical tastes.”

Beneath the "Read More" tag, you will find more, detailed information on the site's features. TheFeed's band, The Very Merry Funtime Get-a-Long Gang, promises to rock your face off when Rock Band is released on November 20th.

The website for upcoming, gotta-have-it racing game Gran Turismo 5 is up and running.

The site features screenshots, videos, a course listing, the cars you'll be driving and screenshots.

It's a really good way to waste a little time while you wait for the as-yet-unannounced U.S. release date of the PlayStation 3 game.

Project Gotham Racing 4 has a new-fangled weather system that basically creates new tracks based on the conditions. G4tv.com put this to the test.

We loaded up a track in Tokyo and raced on a peaceful night (we're better at Forza 2). We then tried the same track in the snow and it really did change the way the track plays.
