This time, the only thing he's tasting is full-on adrenaline at Red Bull Rampage 2012, a free-ride mountain bike race in Utah. Competitors don't win by only crossing the finish line--they're also judged on how they get down the course!

Jordan Harbinger, co-host of the Pick-Up Podcast and author of The Art of Charm, shares some much-needed tips on being confident when talking to women to Michael Kosta on Attack of the Show. Here's what I learned: sit up straight, don't try too hard when you're in the Friend Zone and...wait. Are you wondering why I'm taking notes? Because I'm a girl and guys still won't talk to me. Wah-wah.
