Karen Gillan, formerly of Doctor Who, has a confession to make. Matt Mira sits down with the British actress about what it was like leaving her role as the Companion, what she got to take from the set and her ultimate guilty pleasure that involve Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. Seriously.
Brett Gelman from Go On returns to Attack of the Show to clear up some things with Matt Mira, like why he's actually wearing that hat and what's up with male pattern balding and what's up with his beard and how The Hangover influenced everyone's lives. It's true.

Actor, Brett Dalton may still be a relatively unknown newcomer, but nevertheless, it appears that he's ready to suit up with the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on the upcoming spinoff TV series of the Marvel films to help defend the planet from various baddies.
It is being reported that Dalton has been cast as a character named "Agent Grant Ward," who will be joining the existing cast of Ming-Na Wen as "Agent Melinda May," Elizabeth Henstridge as "Agent Gemma Simmons," Iain De Caestecker as "Agent Leo Fitz," and, lest anyone forget the main event, Clark Gregg returning to the franchise as "Agent Phil Coulson."
Dalton will be bringing somewhat of a thin resume to the show with only a few notable appearances on TV's Blue Bloods, Army Wives, and the upcoming TV movie, Killing Lincoln. However, he will be filling the role of a potential scene-stealer in Agent Ward, who has been described in casting details as quiet, temperamental, anti-social, but cool under fire; "the kind of guy that grows on you." (Could he be the Daryl Dixon of S.H.I.E.L.D.?)
Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D. is reportedly set to begin production (...okay, "assemble") in January.
