Ubisoft Announces Watch Dogs

Ubisoft just announced a new IP, called Watch Dogs. The open world game, set in a dystopian future, where computers have invaded every aspect of life, you play as a guy who can hack systems. Imagine walking down the street and being able to disable every cell phone around, do instant background checks on other people, or control traffic lights to cause convenient accidents. You can also shoot people. The game also seems to integrate co-op in an organic way.

Far Cry 3

Anyone watching the Ubisoft Press Conference clearly got an eyeful of more action, killing, and skin than ever before in Far Cry 3.

Having started as a scared kid, we now get a look at our character as the leader of his own warrior tribe as he rips through the enemy village and fall into a trap. Insanity takes on a whole new definition when we run from a burning building, stab a guy, pull the pin from his grenade, and chucks him into an awaiting group. Explosions, blood, and knives to the throat; we get a good look at later content in the game as we make our way to the main man and an awaiting knife.

Have we fallen so far that we become the thing we hate? Find out when we get our hands on Far Cry 3 September 4th, 2012 on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

For more, check out the official Far Cry 3 E3 2012 trailer.

Rayman Legends for the Wii U Announced - Official E3 2012 News

We get our first taste of Rayman Legends of the Wii U with a brand new character that uses the Wii U touch pad.

With our first glimpse of the Rayman Legends, we get to see a new character, Murphy, help our hero through the beautifully drawn 2D levels. Using only the touch pad, Murphy zips along the playfield with the ability to manipulate the environment and pull in enemies for Rayman to destroy with a quick spin.

Along with up to five other players, we watched Murphy move platforms, stop enemies, cut ropes, and turn valves so your friends can get through the level relatively unscathed. To finish off the demo, we run through a level where the spots Murphy needs to touch sychs up with the music playing the background. One part superhero and one part fly; the hero of Rayman Legends may just be the character you control only through touch.

EA showed off more video for their upcoming SimCity game that will be able to connect you with other people building cities around the world.

For the first time ever, you'll be able to work with other people to help build not only a city of your own, but a whole world as you connect with other people around the world. While they did not reveal too much about SimCity in the way of new info, we did get to see Glassbox Engine in action with more buildings reaching for the sky, pollution clogging up the air, and traffic - lots of traffic. If you blinked, you might have missed the giant footprint of a monster stomping through the streets. Who's not excited about that?

Check out the trailers for SimCity here and here.
