Also known as my favorite movies ever.

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes will feature an all-star cast of characters, yes I'm talking about the Justice League. When the Joker teams up with Lex Luther, the dark, and blocky, knight will have no choice but to call on his other masked friends to help. Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Green Lantern all made the cut.

LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Gameplay Preview »

For the first time in LEGO history a LEGO game will feature voice acting. Previous installments relied on sighs and squeals to convey plot.

"The LEGO series takes it to the next level by treading into new and dangerous territory: voice acting.  While we didn’t hear any of the tender tones coming from the game this time, be assured that the man behind the mask will have a voice to go along with that mug of his. Developers swear that all of the humor that you loved from the previous game will still be there, only with voices now."

Adventure Time Game Coming To Nintendo DS And 3DS

It's Adventure Time, everyone! Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!, a game based on the oddly hysterical cartoon from Cartoon Network is coming this fall for the Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS. Described as a “unique action-adventure experience," Adventure Time allows you to put on the shoes of both Finn and Jake and go on an adventure through the Land of Ooo to find out why the Ice King is stealing everyone's trash.

Series creator Pendleton Ward is working with the developer WayForward on the game, and WayForward are really good, so I'll bet we're in for a strange and enlightening DS game.

No word yet on whether Princess Bubblegum, Marceline the Vampire Queen and the great BMO show up in the game, but I can only assume they do.

Also: Adventure Time is totally great.

Cartoon Network Revives ThunderCats

The Thundercats are coming to the Nintendo DS in August. Namco Bandai didn't mention the upcoming title during their Global Gamers Day keynote, but Thundercats was playable on the show floor. Developed by Aspect Digital (Naruto: Ninja Council), Thundercats will be a side-scrolling action game based on the new cartoon series.

The game picks up when the Lizard army begins descending upon Thundera with only Lion-O to defend it. You'll play as Lion-O as he slashes his way through different types of Lizardmen in order to reunite with his friends and destroy Mumm-Ra's army.

The debut trailer for Pokemon Black 2 And Pokemon White 2 has been released. Unfortunately, if you don't speak Japanese you're going to be in the dark with this video. I understand just enough Japanese, and just enough Pokemon to know this game is going to be rad. I also know that one horse dude at the end is working it, baby got back.

Which version do you plan on picking up? Pokemon Black 2 or Pokemon White 2?

How The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Has Shaped Me As A Gamer

How has Zelda shaped you as a gamer? The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past was released 20 years ago today, and I've got to say that that game really did shape me as a gamer. I don't remember getting that game, but I do remember watching my dad and my brother play it together when we got to visit my dad.

It was amazing and everyone was really happy and we solved the puzzles together, it was great! Then, a while later, on Christmas like in the N64 kid meme, we got The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

It was, hands down, one of the best presents I've ever been given in my life (I'm 24). Every single time my brother and I went to visit my dad we'd play OoT, and we'd always, always, find something new to do.

This was way back in the days of GameFAQs, when kids would print out literally 300+ pages of guides in order to play the game, rather than just going out and buying the real guides. I remember printing out soooo many guides from GameFAQs back then, ha!

Mass Effect 3 Razer Peripherals Include DLC

In a month where so many new releases hit the shelves, it's utterly surprising that Mass Effect 3 came out on top as the number one selling game in March. Nevertheless, a congratulations is in order to EA and the BioWare team on putting out a title that fans are still talking about every single day and playing with a feverish passion.

Mass Effect 3 sold more than twice as much as did Mass Effect 2 during its introductory month in January 2010,” said Anita Frazer, a NPD Group Analyst.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, MLB 12: The Show, NBA 2K12, and SSX rounded out the top five games sold in March according to the NPD Group. Gamers spent a total of $553.1MM on game software throughout March, which added up to 25 percent less than they spent on games last March.

To see which other five games topped the March sales chart hit the break.

Pokemon Black And White 2 Details -- New Towns, Characters

Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 will feature new characters and maps. In the beginning you'll be able to chose to play as a male or female trainer, both of which are brand new! Naturally, your rival will be a new character as well. Akuroma has been announced as the "Pokemon Expert," but it's not clear if he will serve as Prof. Oak or Bill.
Two gym leaders have been revealed as well. Their names are Homika and Shizui. I think it's safe to say their name will be changed when the game is released in America.

Pokemon Black and White 2 will begin in different cities than the first game in the Black/White series. It will be released in Japan this June. An American release date has not been announced.

Nintendo made a lot of Pokemon fans happy this morning with the confirmation that the DS game Pokemon Conquest will be getting a U.S. release on June 18, 2012. If that title sounds unfamiliar to you, it's probably because you already know it as Pokemon x Nobunaga's Ambition.

The strategy game from Tecmo Koei ties your favorite Pokemon characters to "Warriors and Warlords inspired by the Japanese feudal era," the press release notes. Those who are familiar with Tecmo Koei's various Warriors games will probably recognize a lot of the names that pop up. It's a completely odd mash-up, but it also makes a certain amount of sense to pair together these completely different and yet similarly varied and colorful rosters. Pokemon fans can expect to encounter around 200 individual beasties, including those from the recent Pokemon Black/White Version titles.

Take a peek at the Japanese-language debut trailer to get a better sense of what you can expect.

Adventure Time Is Getting A Nintendo DS Game

Pendleton Ward, creator of the popular Cartoon Network series Adventure Time, has confirmed on Twitter that the show is being turned into an upcoming Nintendo DS game. Ward's flurry of tweets on the matter reveal that WayForward Technologies is handling development, the same studio that did the last great DS game, Aliens: Infestation.

The above image speaks for itself, I think. Ward also confirmed that the game will be out sometime in 2012. Adventure Time frequently nods to video games and it should be a good fit for the DS platform.

The goal of playing video games for a living often begins with becoming a game tester, whether you want to end up being a designer, programmer or executive producer. This is the best way to get your foot in the door and demonstrate that you can not only play games, but have a knack for attention to detail.

How to Become a Video Game Tester : G4U

That’s exactly the advice of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 QA Project Lead Jeff Roper. “The basic characteristics managers look for would be a fundamental love and passion for video games,” he says. “Other important characteristics would be an eye for detail, critical thinking and the ability to stay focused throughout. Of course, being a team player and getting along with your fellow co-workers is also important.”

We've got a preview of Lego Batman 2 for you enjoy! Once you've finished checking out the new Lego Batman 2 gameplay video, you've gotta read up on the game. The great Kevin "Minifig" Kelly got to check out the game recently, and was impressed not just with the Batman, but with the variety of other super-hero pals he'll have in the game.

Check out this taste of our Lego Batman 2 preview:

"Superman is just one of the new heroes coming to LEGO Batman 2, and although we only saw Batman, Robin, and Superman in the demo, in the menu screens we caught a glimpse of the Flash, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and others, and develop Traveller’s Tales promises that there will be over 50 DC Comic characters in the final game, though it’s not clear how many of those you’ll actually be able to play."

Transformers Prime Announcement Trailer »

A new Transformers game, Transformers Prime, is coming. The game is a brawler aimed primarily at younger gamers, as it's based on the Transformers Prime cartoon, not the movies .It will be released on the Wii and Nintendo DS later this year.

"Hasbro Studios has done a phenomenal job with the Transformers Prime television show," said David Oxford, Executive Vice President at Activision Publishing. "We are collaborating closely with the series creators to capture all the adventure, humor and friendships from the show to create an authentic action experience for Transformers fans of all ages to enjoy."

If you're a more "mature" Transformers fan, you'll want to try Transformers: Fall of Cybertron which is also coming out later this year for the PS3 and the 360.
