Tekken Tag Tournament 2’s World Tekken Federation online service will be available for free to all players when the game launches on September 11, Namco Bandai announced today.

The service provides players with detailed stat tracking on every aspect of their performance, not unlike what Call of Duty Elite members receive, albeit free of charge. In addition to personal stat analysis, the WTF lets players create teams (i.e. clans), set goals, and participate in online tournaments and challenges. Did I mention it's free?

Rayman Legends Hands-On: Adorable Platforming

G4's Leah "Gave Me Awesome Headphones" Jackson is back from Germany, and she's returned with a Rayman Legends preview. Ubisoft's cartoony platformer is clearly designed to delight, but does it suceed? In a word, yes.

Here's a little bit of Leah's Rayman Legends preview.

"From what we've seen so far of Rayman Legends, the game manages to retain the charm of the series while adding in a whole new layer of gameplay with Murphy. The levels are all beautiful, the platforming constantly has us on the edge of our seat, and when both players are in sync during the music levels, the result is something truly special."

"We're going back to the foundation of what everyone loves about survival-horror, which means atmosphere, creepiness, fear and immersion," Gabrielle Shrager, Lead Designer at Ubisoft said, "but the most important part of the concept:  Just like in all zombie fiction, when you die, you die. You never play the same character twice."

Everything will be located in the right place, and be fully explorable on foot or horse. The game will feature a fast-travel feature, too.
