This Aliens: Colonial Marines gameplay video from E3 2012 lets anyone step into the universe of the classic sci-fi horror movie, Aliens--except this time, instead of being glued to your seat in terror, you'll be fighting to save humanity. Design director from Gearbox, John Mulkey, tells us all it in our video preview.

Aliens: Colonial Marines has a release date of February 2013 on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Also, as we saw revealed at the Nintendo E3 2012 Press Conference, Gearbox Software will be bringing Aliens: Colonial Marines to the Wii U in 2013.

We've got your Assassin's Creed 3 multiplayer gameplay demo right here! With all the focus on the story for Assassin's Creed 3 (and rightfully so), we've been left in the dark as to what to expect with regards to multiplayer. Well NO LONGER! We finally got our first look at some competitive killing!

Oh, but first we heard about boats. Assassin's Creed 3 introduces a whole new mode of gameplay centered entirely around naval combat. You can captain a ship and battle against other ships as you fight for dominance of the seas!

And back to the main event. Multiplayer looks awesome. There are several new game modes that make the whole thing much deeper than ever before. But don't worry, the multiplayer we've come to know and love is still there. Check out the video for the whole scoop!

Assassin's Creed 3 Creative Director Alex Hutchinson presents this gameplay video from E3 2012. AC 3 takes players to the American Revolution in a Master and Commander-inspired naval adventure. The icy environment has dense forestry for protagonist Connor, too, allowing him to traverse the tree lines and dive down onto enemies.

Combat has some improvements in Assassin's Creed 3, with counter moves and dual-wielding.

In our Injustice: Gods Among Us gameplay video from E3 2012, Senior Producer Adam Urbano of NetherRealm Studios talks in-depth about character/stage interaction in the upcoming fighter from the creators of Mortal Kombat.

Each character will be able to interact with certain aspects of each stage differently. In the Batcave stage described in the video, certain characters are able to pick up a generator and slam their opponent with it, while others will use it to shock and stun their opponent. Urbano stresses that each character will play very differently from the others.

Injustice: Gods Among Us will be out next year.

We learned some details about Assassin's Creed 3's multiplayer moments ago on G4's E3 coverage, and it sounds pretty rad. Here are the Assassin's Creed 3 multiplayer details:

• Over 12 modes
• One example: Domination -- players hold certain points on the map. No information revealed about other modes.
• You will be able to play as the redcoats.
• Game mechanics will carry over from the single player, so multiplayer will still be about stealth, sneaking, and "killing people in interesting ways."
• There will be female Assassins.
• Release date for Assassin's Creed 3: October 30.

Miiverse is giving Wii U gamers a unique way to interact with fellow online gamers from around the world.  From sharing messages via speech bubbles to exchanging in-game screenshots, Nintendo is stepping up the way players will be allowed to communicate.

Miiverse for Wii U is being described as a "Main Street" for Nintendo gamers and that street will eventually contain a few familiar intersections - namely, access to Miiverse via a Nintendo 3DS, PC, smartphone and any web-enabled device.  Nintendo cautioned that these extra options may not be available at the Miiverse and Wii U launch, but even in its limited console capacity, it's already sounding better than having to use Wii friend codes to initiate communication.

Pikmin 3 returns to the exciting world of Pikmin in this official trailer from E3 2012!

In Pikmin 3 for the Wii U Gamepad, Olimar and Louie are missing, and it's up to you and your army of Pikmin, including the newly added pink Pikmin and stone Pikmin, to take down icy insectoids and dirt walls that block your path to freedom! 

So pick a copy, gather your Pikmin army, and get ready for the most adorable combat sequences ever!

Wii Fit is back for the Wii U Gamepad in this official trailer from Nintendo's press conference at E3 2012. Wii U Fit adds new dimensions to your fitness plan, allowing the device to measure where your arms are positioned, so no more slacking on your workouts! Wii U Fit also factors in your workout performance into your score total, which you can share and compare with all the friends you'll make working out in your living room!

Scribblenauts Unlimited reinvents the original DS game in this gameplay demo from Nintendo for E3 2012. Coming exclusively to the Wii U, Scribblenauts Unlimited is Nintendo's take on LittleBigPlanet, allowing players to draw any object and use it in-game to solve puzzles and complete challenges.

Check out the LEGO City Undercover gameplay demo from the Nintendo E3 press conference, and get ready to solve some brick-shaped crime.

LEGO City Undercover is an open world LEGO crime fighting adventure, which has totally been done to death, am I right? Think LA Noire meets GTA meets True Crime meets LEGO, with plenty of pop culture references mixed in for good measure. Change costumes (or however LEGO people change clothes....or bodies) and go undercover to take on LEGO criminals as you clean up crime in LEGO City.

But be careful. If you step on anything, it'll hurt like a bastard.

Nintendo's press conference at E3 2012 showcased a Zombi U gameplay demo. The Wii U-exclusive third-person shooter uses the Wii U Gamepad's screen in conjunction with your television. Players searching their inventory, for example, will see on their Wii U their list of available items, while on their television they will see their character rummaging through a bag.

The gamepad adds additional features to Zombi U gameplay, including sniping, door hacking, and shake free, which frees you from the grasp of zombies by shaking your Wii U (just don't shake it too hard, lest we hear of airborne Wii U smashing TV screens!).

Nintendo's oldest and most beloved hero is back on the Wii U with a new adventure, new powers, and Yoshi! In addition everything you've come to expect from the classic side-scrolling series, Super Mario U will feature a social aspect through the Miiverse, Wii U's virtual world where Miis can interact. Players and their friends can share scores, times, and thoughts on every level.
