Living in the Trees

Why visit the rainforest if you're not going to fully enjoy it? Finca Bellavista, situated in 600 acres of untouched rainforest, provides the ultimate getaway experience. The private treehouse resort allows its visitors to enjoy the beautiful enviornment from within one and two-story treehouses. Situated 100ft above the forest floor, these treehouses are not the rickety and poorly constructed boxes from your childhood. No sir, these houses are fully modernized and include electricity, massive verandas, king-sized beds, and hot water. Each of the houses are connected by beautifully constructed suspension bridges.  Oh, and did I mention that there is ziplining?

Finca Bellavista offers the adernaline junkie  a full menu of pulse-pounding activites, including ziplining, kayaking, year-round surfing and more.  But what about those who just want to relax? Don't worry, the resort also organizes hiking trips and yoga classes for those of us who like a  "quiet getaway." Check out the information right here.
