Cheats and Walkthroughs

One of the biggest bummers of 2012 came when the ailing THQ canceled production on the Guillermo del Toro-conceived Insane and returned the rights to the highly regarded filmmaker. Well don't cry anymore. An unconfirmed report from BloodyDisgusting notes that Insane is back in the hands of a new developer, a different developer. Presumably that means there's a new publisher on board as well.
The report doesn't mention which studio is signed on to deliver Insane, but it does say that the first developer del Toro pitched is the one that said yes. I'm confident Saints Row dev Volition would have done a killer job for THQ given the time and the resources; hopefully the newcomer is equally strong.
Assuming the report is accurate, the bad news is that Insane now won't be showing its terrifying face until 2015 at the earliest. You can bet that we'll be well into the next console generation by then, so it's safe to consider Insane a next-gen title at this point.
