Our Videogame Deathmatch to determine the best games of 2012 is in full swing, with 16 of the best games of the last year fighting it out for ultimate supremacy.
While many of the first-seed matchups are going exactly how you might expect -- did anyone really think Journey would beat Mass Effect 3 -- there is an interesting upset in the making. In the battle of Sleeping Dogs vs. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, the under(sleeping)dog is ahead of Black Ops 2, the best selling game in 2012. The race is tight. Sleeping Dogs has earned 55% of the vote to Blops 2's 45%, so the momentum could easily change by the end of voting, but what an interesting result!
Is this evidence of a blockbuster backlash? Or is Sleeping Dogs really a better game?
