Darkstalkers Resurrection Announced: Two Darkstalkers Games In One Coming In 2013

Darkstalkers Resurrection has been announced by Capcom. The pack will bring two classic, fast-paced, colorful Darkstalkers titles to to the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 with: Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge and Darkstalkers 3.

Each game has been updated to include features like GGPO-enabled online game play, HD graphical filtering with multiple viewing options, replay sharing, a spectator Mode, in-game achievements, Challenge/Tutorial Modes, and an unlockable vault filled with concept artwork and videos.

Night Warriors: Darkstalkers Revenge was originally released for the Sega Saturn in 1996. It introduced characters like Donovan, Baine, and Hsien-Ko as well as the mechanic that allowed players to preserve their special gauge. Darkstalkers 3 came out for the PlayStation in 1998 and introduced my favorite character, Lilith. Check out Darkstalkers Resurrection in action in the video below.

Darkstalkers Resurrection will be available in early 2013 for $14.99 on PlayStation Network or for 1200 Microsoft Points.
