Konami has revealed a special, premium-priced collector's edition for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, the Platinum Games-developed action game due to arrive in stores on February 19, 2013. For an unconfirmed number of extra dollars, fans will be able to nab a package that includes the game, a copy of the soundtrack, and a "High Frequency Blade plasma lamp" (via Destructoid).
As you can see in the above image, the lamp consists of a small, round base with a sword plunged into the middle of it. It's a plasma lamp, so you can actually see the energy arcing up and down the presumably covered sword. Pretty neat, if you're into that sort of thing. Also helpful for determining if you're into that sort of thing? The price, which Konami ought to be revealing soon.
