Adam "The Riveter" Rosenberg has good news for Borderlands fans. According to his Borderlands 2 review, B2 is a very, very good game. While the second Borderlands is more of an evolution than a revolution, the game has taken the already excellent Borderlands and made it even more impressive. Not an easy task at all.
Here's a little bit about the changes to the game, from Adam's Borderlands 2 review:
What kind of changes are we talking about? Little, nitpicky enhancements are all over the place. Dropped ammo and money is now automatically collected. Friends playing online are listed in the pause menu, allowing for even easier drop-in/drop-out play. Progress made in co-op sessions from someone else's save can be voluntarily skipped for that character in your own save. Inventory items can be compared with the press of a button. You can apply profile-wide buffs using Badass Tokens. There's a freakin' onscreen minimap.
