Konami has confirmed Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will not be released on the Xbox 360 in Japan. The Xbox 360 version of MGR: Revengeance is still on track for Western markets, including the US. A PlayStation 3 version is on track in both Japan and the West.
Konami did not provide input as to why they cancelled the 360 version. Microsoft's console has struggled in Japan.
