Capcom and Six Flag Entertainment Corporation are joining forces on October 6, 2012 for Resident Evil 6 Flags Night, a Halloween promotion that includes opportunities for Six Flags park attendees to get some hands-on time with the game. Wrapped around the Flags Night event is a new RE6 pre-order incentive beginning August 30 that includes an admission discount during the annual Six Flags Fright Fest, one free haunted attraction voucher, and "exclusive ride time on certain Six Flags' coasters."

Hands-on play at the parks for the M-rated game will of course be limited to attendees who are 17 years of age or older. The promotion also includes a national Resident Evil 6 Fright Fest Getaway sweepstakes, offering fans the chance to win a trip for two to any Six Flags theme park in the United States. The grand prize includes VIP access as well, which means free food, RE6 swag, and front line privileges for the winnner.

Resident Evil 6 hits stores on October 2.
