The recently discovered timer connected to the Nintendo DS RPG, The World Ends With You, ticked down to zero over the weekend, revealing a new "Solo Remix" version of the game for iOS platforms. The previously rumored mobile version of the game is out right now, for $17.99 on your iPhone and $19.99 on your iPad, via Apple's App Store.
An official website lays out the new features added in The World Ends With You: Solo Remix, with the biggest attractions being Retina Display-friendly HD graphics and a soundtrack highlighted by new songs and remixes. There's quite a bit more too, though much of it will likely only make sense to those who know the game. The question is: are you willing to spend $20 on an iOS app? For reference, that's around the same price that DS versions of the game currently sell at.
