Happy Wars, the first Xbox Live free-to-play game has been announced. Happy Wars is a large-scale multiplayer action game that can be played by up to 30 players at a time. Anyone who has an Xbox Gold account can play for nothing, but if you feel like dropping so dough, you'll be able to buy "lavishly rendered items" at the game's Item Shop.
The game will be available in fall 2012, but if you're a PAX next weekend, you'll be able to play it at the Microsoft booth.
