Electronic Arts Looks Toward More Price Cuts, Digital Sales, Motion Controls

According to the New York Post, EA may soon be sold. Unnamed sources report that the publisher has been approached by private-equity firms KKR and Providence Equity Partners about a potential sale, although the talks are in their early stages.

“They’ve made it known they’d do a deal at $20 a share,” said a source.

EA isn't commenting on the potential deal, saying that it doesn't comment on rumors or speculation. The equity firms aren't talking either. So for now, file this under "unconfirmed" for now. We'll obviously keep you updated if anything further develops.
