Here's a quick heads-up for you, straight from the Gamescom 2012 trenches: EA Sports will release the playable demo for NHL 13 on August 21, 2012. This covers all console platforms, so you'll be able to snatch the demo from Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.
NHL 13 promises some big changes on the control and presentation fronts. Just take a look at our NHL 13 gameplay trailer for a glimpse of what's coming. The wait won't be much longer, either-- EA's latest hockey sim hits all platforms next month, on September 11, 2012.
