Borderlands 2 Bonus Class Coming 2-3 Months After Launch

Gearbox Software's previously announced Mechromancer bonus class in Borderlands 2 will be released as a free download for Premiere Club members "60 to 90 days after launch," a new post on Gearboxity reveals. Work on the game is officially completed now and the code is off to be certified, which means that the dev team can turns its attention to post-launch content, such as the Mechromancer and other DLC plans.

Joining the Premiere Club is as simple as pre-ordering Borderlands 2 before its September 18 release. Members will receive a number of cool bonuses, including a Gearbox gun pack, a golden key that can be used to unlock a special chest in the game, and a Vault Hunter's Relic.
