In Watch Dogs, computers control cities and keep tabs on every citizen within them. The good news is that you'll be playing as Aidan Pearce, the guy controlling the computer. As Pearce, you'll be able to hack into pretty much anything in order to turn the city in to your weapon. Morgan Webb got to take a closer look at Watch Dogs at E3 2012, and you can check out her reactions in the video below.
