Valve Announces Pyromania -- Three Days Of Team Fortress 2 Updates

Valve has launched Pyromania, a three-day celebration of brand new features coming to the free-to-play first-person-shooter Team Fortress 2. In addition to releasing the final TF2 Meet the Team short video, "Meet The Pyro", on Wednesday, Pyromania also introduces a fresh game mode called "Doomsday" to Team Fortress 2 and eleven achievements to collect.

The Doomsday game mode pits the BLU and RED teams against one another as one team attempts to transport a suitcase nuke full of recalled Mann Co. Australium to American monkeynaut Poopy Joe’s rocket, so that he can blast off in to space and hunt down Soviet space chimp Vladimir Bananas. Oh, Valve. Basically one team will be trying to get the needed fuel to a rocket ship via a slow-moving elevator.

The new game mode sounds cool and all, but I'm more excited for the Meet The Pyro video. Will we finally get to see what gender the Pyro is? Do you think the pyro's a girl or a boy? We'll have to wait and see, because day one of Pyromania's goodies have been revealed. What do you think day two will bring?
