Capcom confirms plans to open a Resident Evil-themed restaurant in Shibuya, Japan, with a grand opening scheduled for July 13, 2012 (via Andriasang). Which is kinda gross, when you think about it. We're talking about a series of games in which zombified people are constantly trying to chomp on you. What will this place serve?!
The presumably safe-to-eat menu hasn't been announced yet, but Capcom says that Biohazard Cafe & Grill -- remember, Resident Evil is called Biohazard in Japan -- will offer "limited items" and performances by the dance team S.T.A.R.S. Angelique. The plan is to keep the restaurant open for a single year.
My brain can't take weirdness of this magnitude on a Monday morning. What do you all think?
