Medal of Honor Warfighter

EA has announced Project Honor, a new program designed to raise awareness and funds for fallen warriors from the Special Operations Community. The program has been created through a Medal of Honor Warfighter partnership program. Elite weapon and gear manufactures who work with the Special Operations Community (like Kaenon, London Bridge Trading, Magpul, SureFire, Mechanix Wear) will donate their products to the Navy SEAL Foundation. These products will also be featured in Medal of Honor Warfighter. On top of that, these companies have agreed to sell exclusive Medal of Honor themed merchandise and all of the proceeds will be donated back to the Navy SEALS foundation, the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and other charities.

But wait, there's more...

A special edition of Warighter, called Military Edition, will be made available exclusively for active, reserve and former U.S. military. This edition will include Medal of Honor Warfighter Limited Edition and exclusive in-game unlocks.

No matter which edition you're going to get, Medal of Honor Warfighter will be released on October 23, 2012 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

What do you think about EA's efforts to support our troops?
