Mass Effect 3 Sales Pass $200 Million

The first rumored details for BioWare's next Mass Effect 3 multiplayer DLC pack have hit the 'net, brought to you by the same Reddit user who first leaked news of the recently released Rebellion pack (via Polygon). The "Earth" DLC reportedly adds three new multiplayer maps set on the planet Earth to the co-op Galaxy at War mode, along with an assortment of weapons and classes.

Assuming the rumor is true, fans can expect to take on the various Mass Effect 3 enemies in Rio, Vancouver, and London environments. The leaked description also outs the inclusion of three new weapons -- Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun -- and six new human classes: Destroyer, Paladin, Demolisher, Slayer, Shadow, and Fury.

The Redditor also shared an official product description for the upcoming Extended Cut DLC that will expand on Mass Effect 3's ending, though there are no new insights to be had from it. We already knew that the previously announced DLC would add more depth to the game's controversial final hours, and the product description pretty much just drives that fact home.

For those who really need to know, here's that product description: "An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard's choices on the future of the galaxy."
