Everquest 2 SOEmote Gameplay Video With David Georgeson For E3 2012

Posted June 8, 2012 - By Michael Galvis

This Everquest 2 SOEmote gameplay video for E3 2012 features startling new e-motion technology that lets players put their voice and facial expressions on their characters in gameplay.

With this add-on for Everquest 2, you can manipulate your voice in-game to sound like specific races, such as halflings or ogres. Using facial tracking with your webcam, SOEmote analyzes your face, inserts digital mo-cap dots, and watches and animates your facial expressions onto your character as you play. It will track everything from your eyebrows to your nose to your pupils.

Sound fun? Well, SOEmote is free for download, and so is Everquest 2. So download the game, download the add-on (available late June 2012), and try it out!
