A Dead Space 3 official trailer made an appearance at E3 2012, wowing audiences with a cinematic intro into the Necromorph-infested and icy planet of Uxor. Friends of Dead Space 3 players will get to join in on the alien insect massacre in this third-person futuristic horror, thanks to drop-in and drop-out co-operative options.

Dead Space 3 is set for release in early 2013 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
