After more than a decade on the air, host Kevin Pereira is leaving G4TV's Attack of the Show. Attack will celebrate Pereira’s contribution to G4 with a month-long look back at his most memorable comedy sketches, interviews, and hilarious off-the-cuff moments from the show. The Pereira-palooza will culminate on May 31, his final day on AOTS, before Pereira delivers his final live, on-location coverage for the gaming world's biggest event, the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), from June 4-7. In other words: Kevin’s going out large.
“For the last ten years, G4 has provided me a phenomenal career filled with countless once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and the chance to work with some of the most driven, talented and passionate people in the business,” said Pereira. “I want to thank our viewers for allowing me to inform and entertain them each and every week.”
Pereira started at G4 in 2002 as a lowly production assistant, but leveled-up to co-host of Attack of the Show! by 2006. Along with AOTS, Kevin was a staple of G4's extensive live coverage from the world’s largest nerd-gatherings, including E3 CES and Comic-Con as well as countless trips to exotic locations all over the world for various pop culture related events and happenings.
Pereira says he plans to continue creating television shows, interactive applications and live experiences. “I plan to turn my attention to full-time with my production company Super Creative and live touring nerd-carnival leetUP," Pereira said.
There’s only a limited amount of Pereira to go around, so you really should check out Attack of the Show! between now and May 31. It's on every weekday at 7PM ET. And don’t dare miss our E3 2012 coverage.

Wow that sucks Kevin is leaving AOTS. This new guy isn't growing on me. Candice is a lot better then Olivia but this new guy just sucks. Leetup looks neat I hope it really takes off for Kevin.I'd definitely buy a ticket to go see Leetup. I really hope G4 stays strong as a tv chan. I really hate cops and its like the only thing aired on g4. Ninja warrior is great but G4 needs some new hit shows badly. Love you G4 im hurting cause your hurting.

Smh, wow.. I think this is going to be the end of X-PLAY and AOTS. Morgan Webb, Chris Hardwick, Alisson Haislip, Abbie Heppe, and Jessica Chobot from The Feed might as well jump ship too. Guess I'll have to find another source in the future for E3 coverage. I guess by next year or so, maybe even before then, I'll have no reason to watch G4 anymore in my undies.. plus with all the original great Host gone, it's not that Tech savy type show it use to be where it was all about video games and technology. it's been a great run.. but I'm afraid I will soon grow detached from G4 with all the new development and changes going on. Wish everyone who's leaving G4 the best.

I wish everyone who's left G4 would join together and start their own channel and their own website. I bet it'd get a lot more viewers than G4 does, and fast! Even those who HAVEN'T left yet, such as everyone who is still doing Feedback, they might as well go ahead and quit too and join up with everyone else. That would be awesome. All of our favorites, together again, in one place. Call it SessTV if you want! Whatever! Just do it!!!

Either this is the last year we'll be watching E3 on G4TV and they are not telling us, or there is some major restructuring going on in g4. Sadly this is the end for xplay and aots. All the real Gaming Gurus and veterans have left (with the exception of Jessica Chobot, I love her but something tells me she will be jumping ship as well). It was an honor Kevin Pareira. Hope everything goes wel with what you do next. Well there is o reason for me to continue watching G4 so this is goodbye.

wasn't a full timer but i watched the show back in the day, as well as here and there since i didnt have G4 anymore. Watched the finale and I will say that you were one hell of a host. Good luck on your future man you've deserved it!

Every night instead of watching what I want to watch, my son makes me watch AOTS. And I have to say that over the past couple years it is Kevin that has made it bearable. I have paid more for DISH because my local Direct-TV does not offer G4. Kevin...you have cost me money and I do not regret spending a single penny over you. YOU are the reason I watch. And YOU are going to be missed by a LOT of MILF's. I cried when you were leaving, but the ending was perfect. What a way to go out...just like a MAN. Good luck. I will be watching for you to pop up somewhere else and would not miss it for the world.

I still remember seeing aots for the first time one day after school and for the next 2 years you and Candace and Sara and Olivia had me hooked. Kev, I just finished watching ur final show, Let me say watching u regularly for the past year was amazing. No other show or host can make me laugh the way u did. That final 5 minutes on the last show brought so many goosebumps its unreal.
