Kinect support for Skyrim will be available, free for everyone, tomorrow. The RPG will soon support more than 200 voice commands to help you through the game's many menues. You'll also be able to finally yell at your TV, and have it respond! I've been yelling at my TV for years, before it was cool, so I'm kind of a hipster like that.

Dragon Shouts can be applied to Skyrim by either actually saying the shout (IE: "Fus Ro DAH!") or simply stating the name of the shout (IE: "Unrelenting Force!") You'll also be able to easily command followers, assign hotkeys, change weapons and otherwise alter your game with your voice.

NEWS: Skyrim DLC to include Snow Elves and Crossbows?

Along with the voice commands will come the ability to sort inventory by weight or value, which I think we all desperately need, and the ability to set loot value limits, so no more manually picking out useful items from among a hoard of garbage.

Question:

Is the inventory sorting update only for Xbox, or for non Kinect users as well. I have a PS3 and i would love to sort my inventory by weight and value, will that be possible as well.

Im not sure how this will help the game...Also with the introduction of Kinect Star Wars which isn't that great I don't know how Microsoft will be able to push this device further...They should just put their effort into creating PC/Kinect interfaces and software

Get back to me when they add microphone support. Pretty sure I don't need a $100 camera for voice commands...
Obviously just "Kinect voice" to keep it 360 exclusive. But what about all the 360 owners that don't have Kinect?

Cool feature, it's easy to see how it will increase the immersion factor as oppose to pausing by going into a menu.
