Since a Wii U remake of Star Fox has not been announced, we'll have to get our HD Star Fox kicks somewhere else. YouTuber rickonami has heard the cries of millions and answered them with this badass remake of the original opening sequence from 1993's Star Fox.

I think the new controller screen could be a great addition to this classic game. A bombardier's view of enemy tanks? A camera tipped missle that could be controlled in flight to hit well protected parts of bosses?

While it's good fan work for remaking the intro.... I really hope that if Nintendo remade SF in HD, they wouldn't be that lazy with planet detail. Overall detail would probably be a lot higher.... and the Arwing's lines wouldn't be so jagged. That construction ain't aerodynamic at all. xD
But still, I agree after seeing this.... MORE STAR FOX IS REQUIRED.

Yeah, back when the Wii launched I had a list of games they needed to bring back. We got Kirby, DK, Icarus, and Punch Out. Now we need to ask for F-Zero, Starfox, Startropics, and Earthbound.
