Mass Effect 3's face transfer issues have been solved thanks to a recent software patch. In March, when Mass Effect 3 launched, importing your Shepard from Mass Effect 2 often failed, resulting in having to respec Shepard's face. Several other technical issues were addressed as well. The patch was made yesterday for PC users and today, April 10th, for the consoles. Keep reading for a complete list of fixes.
NEWS: BioWare Talks Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut And Resurgence Multiplayer DLC Packs
- Fixed an issue when quickly and repeatedly selecting to Resume a Save could result in Player Level reset and a potential locking of powers.
- Fixed an issue when selecting Multiplayer in the Main Menu while under a poor network connection could result in an unresponsive state.
- Fixed a potential crash while accessing an in-game terminal from Eden Prime level.
- Fixed an issue when attempting to login while Server is down. It would display a Server Down message and accepting the Server Shutdown message would shut down the game.
- Fixed a potential memory crash while loading a Quick Save of a custom FemShep.
Mass Effect 3 also received a fresh batch of multiplayer DLC today as well. The Resurgence pack is free!

still having issues with my sheps face

Since the patch came out it is very difficult to connect to the servers to play the single player or mutliplayer. I just tried twice and the game froze on me both times and I just gave up.

I just downloaded the patch and it didn't fix anything. My custom renegade Shepard still looks wrong, and I got a error message for my third custom version of Shepard. Bad show Bioware.

LOL a female shepard.. Always looks beyond retarded to me. Like a woman would actually fit the role of the savior of the galaxy.. Hilarious. They shouldn't even use a female character for such a story line, it's not a cooking game, I am not gonna sweep the reapers to death with a broom or mop them, cook them dinner, why would I want a female shepard in a game?

I tried getting it late last night on the 360 with no luck. Not a big deal since I have already beaten the game. But I would like to start a second play-through with my actual character from the first two games.

Honestly i dont care anymore. It seems as they keep trying to "fix" to our liking it just keeps falling through. I blame people complaining about the ending. The ending seems so much minuscule now with upcoming bugs and patches things aren't as "smooth" anymore. It was never smooth in the beginning, but everything thing just seems so wack now. On a side note, they should really fix those vanguard glitches more importantly.

Now only if they added more content to SWTOR... whoops... wrong BioWare game. Seriously, though, SWTOR servers are becoming ghost towns... mine are (the three I have characters in).
