Another month, another new Modern Warfare 3 content drop for Call of Duty Elite subscribers. With the first collection of premium Elite content now gathered into a DLC release for anyone to buy, Activision is now digging into the second batch of pre-release maps with the release of the new maps Sanctuary and Foundation, both of which are playable in MW3's standard multiplayer and Spec Ops Survival modes.
Sanctuary moves the action to Central Greece, where players will trade gunfire in the midst of the country's natural rock formations and sandstone monastaries. Then there's Foundation's South Korea setting, which moves the battlefield to an abandoned cement factory highlighted by sniper alleys and a deadly concrete crusher.
As usual, these maps are exclusive to Xbox 360-using Call of Duty Elite subscribers for now. PlayStation 3 players can likely expect the same content to arrive sometime in May 2012.
