Robert Bowling, Former Creative Strategist of Call of Duty and Infinity Ward, has resigned. Moments ago, Bowling tweeted the following:
"Today, I resign from my position as Creative Strategist of Call of Duty, as a lead of Infinity Ward, and as an employee of Activision."
Infinity Ward has tweeted a response, saying:
"We wish Robert all the best. Thanks for everything. For continued MW updates & all things IW follow @infinityward."
We don't have any details as of yet, but as soon as I hear anything, I'll let you know. In the meantime, check out Bowling on Feedback, under the "Read More" tag.

treyarch might want him who knows..no but the cod mw2 mw3 is getting kind of old and it needs new reved up touch..i mean they didnt even go all out on the game..they put same titles and emblems from mw2..i bet that robert just needed a break all together from it..depending on how call of duty and sledgehammer goes from here after MW3 is the big 362 million dollar question!

hes a douche didnt even do squat about the constant cheaters/glitchers/hackers running around in MW3 till Kotaku and !up wrote an article on it then all of a sudden he publicly announces ppl doing the presteige token glitch will be reset and receive -10,000 wins/losses as well as 10,000 deaths on their stats yet decided it was too harsh and reversed the resets in general now we are stuck with lil kiddies glitching outside map in infection and boosters galore!!!!

Look at all the trolls downvoting the rest of us with sensibility. There's isn't an ounce of proof that CoD is worth the disc it wasted. All it serves is to indicate those with no skill, they group themselves into a pack of losers we can all avoid much more easily.
People have been jumping from this trainwreck. Take a hint people. Like any other game from the professional rehashers at Activision, it'll dry up and be canceled very soon. The sooner we educate the kiddies, the faster it'll happen.

i will say this last night i played mw2 for first time since mw3 came out and was shocked how smoother mw2 plays compared to mw3. Mw2 guys move more smooth and normal and not slow like mw3 and i had tons of fun which i have not had for long time in mw3. I think the big thing for that is because most of the good guys from IW are no longer there and did not work on mw3 lol

I hate what COD has become. I remember buying the very first COD and pouring hours and hours into it. I felt they stayed with that quality up until the first MW game. MW2 was where I started to notice downhill slope that the games were taking. That being said I still poured hours into it. MW3 on the other hand, I probably havent put more than 10 hours into. It really is sad to see these games loose all the quality they once had and be purely driven by cash.
