Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has added Kill-Cams for magic users and ranged attackers.
Update 1.5, now available in beta form through Steam, will add new killing blows for ranged warriors, mages and up-close fighters. Check out the appropriately violent trailer below --one character even seems to do a suplex as a finishing move!
No date yet on when the kill cam update will hit the PS3 and 360, but Bethesda promises it's coming soon.

The kill cam often causes my ranged attacks to miss. When I'm shooting just above a rock and the kill cam activate it makes my arrow strike the rock and miss.

Last weekend: Played about 8 hours over the weekend and I never saw any kill cams.

Also, as cool as the unarmed kills are, bethesda really disappointed me with unarmed fighting in this game. You can't cover up to avoid damage at all anymore, and they can't even give us a front kick... which would be useful no matter your fighting style!

Instead of making destruction more viable for pure mages at higher levels, they just made it look cooler...showing magic kills against weak enemies in the vid. *sigh*
Still pretty badass though. I like this.

I want them to open the map up: new locations, new enemies, new quests. Build your own house....wherever you want! Com-on Bethesda give us what we want! This does look cool though.
