The House Of The Dead 4 Comes To PSN In April With Move Support

Sony's going to have a treat for zombie-lovers next month, with the PlayStation Network launch of The House of the Dead 4 now officially set for April 17, 2012. It's the first time the arcade-spawned light gun shooter will be available on a home console, though hardly the first time the series has made an appearance on a PlayStation. Sega's Wii hit The House of the Dead: Overkill made its way to the PS3 in 2011 with Move support and a 3D upgrade.

The House of the Dead 4 will cost $9.99 and it features Move support, a multiplayer mode, extra levels from The House of the Dead 4 Special, a bonus PS Home item, an interview with the creator and, of course, Trophy support. PlayStation Plus members will get access to the demo on April 10; they'll also have a 30 percent discount offer on a purchase of the game through May 1. Anyone who buys the game before May 1, Plus subscriber or not, will also receive an avatar bonus as a gift.
