Zynga Platform Open Beta Has Launched

Zynga has announced they are expanding the ways people can access their games with Zynga Platform. This plan to diversify was only announced last week but the open beta has already launched.

Like Facebook's news feed, Zynga Platform will have a social stream with gaming updates from your friends. It sounds like it will be similar to how XBL and PSN allow you to check out what your friends' scores are, what they're playing and see their profiles.

The open beta for Zynga Platform is lacking some of the promised features and only five games are currently available: CastleVille, Words with Friends, CityVille, Hidden Chronicles and Zynga Poker. You can check it out for yourself at Zynga.com.

If I make an account will you be my zFriend?
